The challenge: An electricity company approached IBI with a challenge: they wanted to improve their middle managers with an opportunity to learn English in a flexible and engaging environment. The goal was to improve training ROI, despite the managers’ busy schedules and frequent business travel. Traditional classroom and on-site training methods had repeatedly failed due to these constraints. We embraced this challenge enthusiastically!
The Solution: Collaborating closely with the HR department, we decided to implement eEnglish, a program designed to be addictive, purposeful, and fun. We customized the eConversations content to be relevant to the electricity industry. The results were outstanding: 85% of the learners engaged with the course, and 72% showed significant improvement in their skills.
