The Situation: A leading global provider of agricultural science and technology aimed to improve the communication skills in English of their area sales managers to facilitate smoother cross-functional meetings led by foreign senior managers. Onsite training was impractical due to the managers’ mobility and their work in different provinces. Additionally, their English proficiency levels varied, necessitating an effective and rapid improvement method.
