I.  Bringing a new learning experience to Nestle's engineers 

 

A.  The challenge 
 
As a key player in food and beverage industry, Nestle wanted to improve senior engineers and managers by giving them intensive training in English for manufacturing engineering going along with building presentation skill to ensure their high accurate communication in the factory managed by foreign managers in different levels. 

 
B.  Our Approach

Working in partnership with Nestle, IBI developed a training curriculum, creating a core set of standards to deliver the levels of excellence whilst still ensuring to fit the company's business needs and employee value proposition. The course was blended between online training and onsite training to employ the most practical and effective delivery in training.

 

II. Narrowing learning distance to enhance employees' communication skill in English with IBI eConversations

 

A.  The situation 

Syngenta, a leading global organization helping farmers feed a fast-growing world population by bringing plant potential to life, wanted to improve area sales managers' communication skill in English to smoothen cross-functional meetings led by senior managers from different country. This seemed impossible for the company to train the managers since they live in different provinces and they are very mobile.

Second, their English levels were various and they want to learn the most efficient way to gain access to the desire that speaking English fluently in the shortest time.

 

B.  The solution 

IBI eConversations was chosen as they key learning model to help the managers develop the English speaking skill fastest. With the positive support from Sygenta management team, the course was implemented successfully under the high level of engagement based on the satisfaction of the employees and the attendance rate of 85%. 

 

III.  Overcomed all the barriers of traditional classroom training to reach success by using IBI's live blended learning method

 

A.  The Challenge
 
Vietnam Electricity (EVN) came to IBI Vietnam with a challenge. They wanted to give learners an opportunity to learn English in a flexible and engaging environment and they wanted business results: improved English communication in a fastest way, increased learning flexibility as their managers are so busy plus traveling a lot for business. This is the reason why EVN failed many times to use traditional classroom / on-site training. Well, we like the challenge !
 

B.  The Solution
